Please note that due to the delicate nature of our real preserved roses, items must be handled with care to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the rose arrangement back into its original display box and outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our floral specialists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
